Pros

This job has been the best I've had since entering the field. The students and staff alike are wonderful to work with. The collaborative nature of the work environment is a delight and work/life balance is great.

Cons

Willingness to include Allied Health in all facets of the program and decision-making for students could be better. I encourage open communication between all departments.

Pros

May Institute has been a great place to grow and enhance my career. I started in an entry-level position over a decade ago and have been promoted along the way to a direct-level position. They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!
