Pros

There are so many positive reasons to work at May Institute. The team is collaborative, kind, and focused on supporting individuals across the lifespan. The organization supports a healthy work life balance with generous PTO, which we are encouraged to take. The teams are innovative and creative as they focus on supporting their communities. I am excited to be a part of such a mission driven organization. It is an exciting time to work at the May Institute because they are expanding services and supports across multiple states. There are so many opportunities to be involved and have meaningful impacts in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Cons

May Institute is a great place to work.

Pros

May Institute has been a great place to grow and enhance my career. I started in an entry-level position over a decade ago and have been promoted along the way to a direct-level position. They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!
