Pros

Generous PTO, wonderful clients, and opportunities to attend conferences or otherwise continue education. Opportunities for growth are wonderful! They prioritize hiring from within, but do consider outside applicants who may be more qualified.

Cons

There are some people that clearly want to make big changes that are beneficial to the services provided. However, changes can be made difficult by those higher up the ladder who don't typically have feet on the ground on the clinical site. Lots of higher ups coming and going all the time.

Pros

May Institute has been a great place to grow and enhance my career. I started in an entry-level position over a decade ago and have been promoted along the way to a direct-level position. They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!
