In such a large organization with more than 120 programs and residences, and so many staff working in programs and homes and away from computers, it can absolutely be a challenge to communicate efficiently! May Institute has been a great place to grow and enhance my career. I started in an entry-level position over a decade ago and have been promoted along the way to a direct-level position. They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!

- Poor upper management - Lack of consistency across departments - Standards and operations vary depending on the person and are not consistent across all employees - Failure to take action against allegations of abuse - Lack of oversight - Abundance of unqualified staff being hired - Disregard for staff well-being and burn out risks
