Great team atmosphere, every one is hard working, can be high stress some days. You can include yourself on any project you'd like to learn more. Bonuses and pay raises are not rare. Decent pay for the area and the job.
Cons
No healthcare insurance, 401k, at the time of writing

You'll be happy to know that there has been 99% company paid health insurance for 5+ years now and we are getting ready to implement a 401k plan!
You will learn a ton of things when you start working here. They have a huge diverse portfolio of clients across all industries. They use current software to administer support. Very nice building including a gym and an awesome kitchen.
Cons
Management changes their minds every week about how they want things done. They complain about money every couple of days. The turnover rate is really high. The compensation is sporadic and based on how the owner feels instead of anything conrete. There are no consequences for long time employees who slack off. Compensation is middle of the road for the area and below the industry.
