Unfulfilled Promise - Back of House McAlister's Employee Review

Lack of leadership, most employees will do only the minimum to get by if your lucky. At least 2 people a day no call or no show, yet they still have a job the next day. A sign is posted saying "there is not need to tip because we pay our employees well". The bad news is minimum wage is not "well" and the lack of raises or bonuses is very discouraging especially when the posted weekly newsletter continually states that sales are up 20 or 30 percent over last year.
