      Pros

      The guys in upper management of Mccarthy are very professional, and safety driven. I have not had the pleasure to work for a company like this before. The pay is good, and the door for advancement is open. The benefits are awesome. I'm seriously considering retiring with these guys.

      Hot, hot,hot. Other than that I feel everything is good.

      If you don’t drink the koolaid, you won’t fit in. Can be very cliquey
