      Pros

      McCarthy has a great culture. It is very "work hard, play hard." CEO is very down to earth and the rest of the company follows in his footsteps. Training is second to none in the construction industry. Company is very forward-thinking and proactive. Orientation is great to help employees get to know each other and really makes it feel like a family. ESOP is a great retirement benefit as well.

      Great retirement/401k options. Employee owned.

      If you don’t drink the koolaid, you won’t fit in. Can be very cliquey
