100% Employee Owned, Great Compensation Package, Outstanding retirement contributions, Culture is family oriented, robust learning and development programs. The teams and work they do are incredible. Challenging, fun, makes a difference.
Cons
Sometimes long hours, but not all of the time. Construction industry can be hard here, but they make it worth it, and the people we work with are fantastic.
