      Great long term benefits if you plan on staying the majority of your career. Great team that will help you grow if you prioritize it

      Cons

      Lower Base Salary than competitors, and the long term benefits have a vesting period. not a good fit for people that will job hop in a competitive market. great for your resume but you wont get ahead in pay scale here
