Pros

The application and interview process is pretty simple. There are many locations, so chances are the company will always be hiring with many locations to choose from in a particular area. They provide uniform so you don't have to worry about what to wear just provide slip resistant shoes. When it's busy, the hours go by faster. You get a free employee meal everyday. The hours can be flexible sometimes.

Cons

The hours aren't fixed, a new schedule is made every week with varying hours and days. You start off part time meaning you work under 30 hours. They pay minimum wage. But it's McDonald's, not really a career for me but something to do in my free time to gain customer service experience at the least.

Pros

In-store management was great, very nice and fun to work with, and was very accommodating when needed.

Cons

I was supposed to be on the official schedule after one week of working, but it took three months to be placed on the schedule, so every day I had to message the store manager to ask if I was needed to work. Once I was on the schedule, I hurt myself outside of work and had to take a day off to go to the doctor (i got someone to cover my shift), After that, I was not on the schedule anymore. I messaged the store manager, the other managers, and the scheduling manager, and after 2 months, I still wasn't on the schedule. I asked the Store manager again, and she said it was my fault I wasn't on the schedule despite the fact that I was messaging everyone I could. I then put my two weeks in because she refused to let me work.
