Pros

It can be an excellent place to work. On the individual restaurant level a lot depends upon which one you are working in. An older facility in a rough neighborhood can be very tough to do as opposed to a new location in suburbia and this is never taken into consideration. Results at all costs no matter what. Everything depends upon you immediate supervisor or their boss. If they don't like you you will have a very rough time even if you get great results

Cons

Very long hours at times in a very stressful environment. Little concern from upper management about your quality of life. Just talk with empty words. "We care about people"etc. Once again if your direct boss is incompetent or lacks people skills you will have a rough life.

Pros

In-store management was great, very nice and fun to work with, and was very accommodating when needed.

Cons

I was supposed to be on the official schedule after one week of working, but it took three months to be placed on the schedule, so every day I had to message the store manager to ask if I was needed to work. Once I was on the schedule, I hurt myself outside of work and had to take a day off to go to the doctor (i got someone to cover my shift), After that, I was not on the schedule anymore. I messaged the store manager, the other managers, and the scheduling manager, and after 2 months, I still wasn't on the schedule. I asked the Store manager again, and she said it was my fault I wasn't on the schedule despite the fact that I was messaging everyone I could. I then put my two weeks in because she refused to let me work.
