Pros

working at mcdonalds is and ok for a first time job you can move up quickly it's easy to get along with people.

Cons

the pay sucks for what you have to deal with people think that it's easy to work at a fast food place it is but then it's the rude ass customers and the longer you work there the unhappier you become. depending on who the store managers is working there will suck and stress is a common emotion you will be feeling while you work there

Pros

You could recieve free meals during and right after your shift,as well as free drinks, ok work life balance for part time,

Cons

Working environment was highly unprofessional and toxic at the time, workers would call customers the r slur behind their back as well as using the r slur at every given opportunity,I would work around 7 or 6 hours and would sometimes go weeks of shifts without getting any kind of break . The only sort of break you get is from using the restroom. Sometimes people would not communicate on schedules. I had a day unavailable because I was attending community college at the time, they called me right as I was headed into class and I assumed it was spam as I didnt recognize the number ,the next day they got upset with me for no showing, when I had been open about what times I was available and unavailable since the interview and management knew. Everyone always in a bad mood, customers and staff. Was not trained to do certain things and then would have management upset with me for it. Draining experience, also unfriendly to autistic people.
