Pros

The pay is average for an entry-level customer service/fast-food job. The location that I work at is on a bus route, so it's easy to access (that varies by location, I know). Coworkers are great. Free food.

Cons

Management can be downright cruel sometimes and they definitely are not respectful toward their employees. If you do something wrong, they'll be glad to tell you about it - sometimes loudly in front of the customers - but you'll rarely be praised for great work. This was the way my store's management acted toward all its employees, not only me. The customers can also be annoying sometimes, and treat you horribly, but that's something you just have to live with and expect I guess in an environment like this.

Pros

You could recieve free meals during and right after your shift,as well as free drinks, ok work life balance for part time,

Cons

Working environment was highly unprofessional and toxic at the time, workers would call customers the r slur behind their back as well as using the r slur at every given opportunity,I would work around 7 or 6 hours and would sometimes go weeks of shifts without getting any kind of break . The only sort of break you get is from using the restroom. Sometimes people would not communicate on schedules. I had a day unavailable because I was attending community college at the time, they called me right as I was headed into class and I assumed it was spam as I didnt recognize the number ,the next day they got upset with me for no showing, when I had been open about what times I was available and unavailable since the interview and management knew. Everyone always in a bad mood, customers and staff. Was not trained to do certain things and then would have management upset with me for it. Draining experience, also unfriendly to autistic people.
