Flexible hours (if your Manager cooperates) Casual Dress

Cons

Jobs are being off-shored Horrible pay unless you are John Hammergren CEO Horrible working conditions Inexpensive health benefits BUT with HUGE deductibles/co-insurance, and to get a discount, you literally have to give blood and be subjected to other medical tests Communication is non-existent and management refuses to listen to their employees. The so-called open door policy is a joke. You can escalate to the top to no avail.

Pros

Solid company. No layoffs or toxic management Small crew to manage Technology is simple and efficient. Lots of available team resources.

Cons

Costumers are always dissatisfied with the service. No matter what. Poor SLAs established with customers. Their way or the street Have to share small office with 3 more guys. You have to be available to change your schedule. Poor work life balance Low salary. I was making more in my previous tech role. Salaried. Long hours no overtime. Very few or inexistent space to grow. Favoritism. If you live in a red state and short of m3lanin3.....this is your place!
