      Pros

      Good benefits, average pay, good professional environment without being stuffy. Big company with plenty of opportunity to build a career with many different fields to choose from. A growing company that's expanding and is always striving to be a leader in the field of healthcare.

      Cons

      Big company which is frequently going through reorganization especially after large acquisitions. Pay can sometimes be on the low side. Decisions which often directly affect how you do your job are often made from on high with more thought about how it effects the bottom line than how it affects you and/or your productivity.

      Pros

      Solid company. No layoffs or toxic management Small crew to manage Technology is simple and efficient. Lots of available team resources.

      Cons

      Costumers are always dissatisfied with the service. No matter what. Poor SLAs established with customers. Their way or the street Have to share small office with 3 more guys. You have to be available to change your schedule. Poor work life balance Low salary. I was making more in my previous tech role. Salaried. Long hours no overtime. Very few or inexistent space to grow. Favoritism. If you live in a red state and short of m3lanin3.....this is your place!
