Excellent training, helpful and interesting colleagues, managers available and willing to help. Management strived to keep employees informed as was work at home position. Opportunities for learning and growth.
Cons
Worked from home. Had to stay on toes to make sure current with emails, new developments. Layoffs began when company lost certain contracts when recession began.
