Pros

Salary is good, but actively changing (see cons). The engineers that are left. Nice new offices.

Cons

401k match is cut, salary increases are cut, bonuses are being cut, budgets are being cut across the board. Entire company seems to be in a leadership free fall, and entire IT divisions are getting outsourced, or "consolidated" The culture is quickly becoming toxic with leaders building castles to keep their turf. Divisions are being outsourced, and budgets have been slashed with little communication as to the why. Good leaders are getting fired because they don't kiss the ring, and I see many more cronies coming in soon. This place will be a different company in 2-5 years, and the leaders are actively making sure it will be be hell getting there.

Pros

Solid company. No layoffs or toxic management Small crew to manage Technology is simple and efficient. Lots of available team resources.

Cons

Costumers are always dissatisfied with the service. No matter what. Poor SLAs established with customers. Their way or the street Have to share small office with 3 more guys. You have to be available to change your schedule. Poor work life balance Low salary. I was making more in my previous tech role. Salaried. Long hours no overtime. Very few or inexistent space to grow. Favoritism. If you live in a red state and short of m3lanin3.....this is your place!
