Opportunity for growth (depending on your manager) Chance to work with wonderful individuals Great benefits (Sunlife)

Cons

Certain management can be VERY unethical Employees are “promoted” and are managing the tasks of the new role without an official promotion or salary increase Management is disorganized and can not be bothered by the concerns of employees Constantly adding more and more to employee’s work load without question Multiple employees on stress leave due to work environment Management is intimidating and not receptive to feedback Compensation is minimal and merit increase is very little compared to other companies Employees are not compensated with what they deserve If you exhaust a lot of sick time (even if it is less than what you are entitled to) you will be questioned or written up

Pros

Solid company. No layoffs or toxic management Small crew to manage Technology is simple and efficient. Lots of available team resources.

Cons

Costumers are always dissatisfied with the service. No matter what. Poor SLAs established with customers. Their way or the street Have to share small office with 3 more guys. You have to be available to change your schedule. Poor work life balance Low salary. I was making more in my previous tech role. Salaried. Long hours no overtime. Very few or inexistent space to grow. Favoritism. If you live in a red state and short of m3lanin3.....this is your place!
