Pros

absolutely nothing and I mean that. Not even the pay was goo.

Got fired on a Sunday by text message then the reason for firing was because my "they didn't need me anymore". Horrible place to work for!!!! DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! I repeat DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!! They aren't accommodating if you have personal issues going on. They expect you to be on the phone for literally 8 hours a day without taking a break. If you take a break they count that against you.....it was overall the worst work from home experience of my life. They rav about treating their employees well but they are lying. All they care about is numbers and if you don't meet the quota which is 100 calls a day..they fire you. Please if you're reading this it's not worth it and save your mental health.

Pros

Solid company. No layoffs or toxic management Small crew to manage Technology is simple and efficient. Lots of available team resources.

Cons

Costumers are always dissatisfied with the service. No matter what. Poor SLAs established with customers. Their way or the street Have to share small office with 3 more guys. You have to be available to change your schedule. Poor work life balance Low salary. I was making more in my previous tech role. Salaried. Long hours no overtime. Very few or inexistent space to grow. Favoritism. If you live in a red state and short of m3lanin3.....this is your place!
