Please listen to me. These are not good people at their core. Instead of increasing wages to match industry standards for the analyst title, they changed the title to specialist. You will be working on multi-million dollar accounts and managing them because Lord knows where they find some of the reps and directors just to receive $50k salary when the reps are millionaires. I applied for 16 promotions in my 2 and 1/2 years and I was denied as well as gas-lite about my interviewing skills. Please listen to me when I tell you to take your talent elsewhere. They will take your energy and time from you just to try to cover it up by being nice. Truly being nice is paying your employees for what they are doing and for the impact they are having.

Solid company. No layoffs or toxic management Small crew to manage Technology is simple and efficient. Lots of available team resources.

Cons

Costumers are always dissatisfied with the service. No matter what. Poor SLAs established with customers. Their way or the street Have to share small office with 3 more guys. You have to be available to change your schedule. Poor work life balance Low salary. I was making more in my previous tech role. Salaried. Long hours no overtime. Very few or inexistent space to grow. Favoritism. If you live in a red state and short of m3lanin3.....this is your place!
