      Pros

      The pay was better than Walgreens, much less stress - no patient interaction, good amount of time off.

      Cons

      Extremely rigid policies (not even 1 minute grace period for clocking in), McKesson company policy does not apply in their central fills and they change it constantly, they nickel and dime your Flex Time, shut down and fire people who are good at their jobs and want to improve things, opting instead to hire mindless worker drones, for employees and management. Very hard schedule to have a work-life balance with. Warehouse environment and pretty loud. You can’t have your phone out on the pharmacy floor (only when you go out on breaks and lunches), but you can use one ear bud and your smart watch.

      Pros

      Solid company. No layoffs or toxic management Small crew to manage Technology is simple and efficient. Lots of available team resources.

      Cons

      Costumers are always dissatisfied with the service. No matter what. Poor SLAs established with customers. Their way or the street Have to share small office with 3 more guys. You have to be available to change your schedule. Poor work life balance Low salary. I was making more in my previous tech role. Salaried. Long hours no overtime. Very few or inexistent space to grow. Favoritism. If you live in a red state and short of m3lanin3.....this is your place!
