      So I can come in contact with people to allow them to understand life a little better so when it's all over they can look back and see the impact I put on them

      You will run across people who think you are out to get them, you will see things that will make you look at life a little different

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
