      Pros

      State of of art for the area. Plenty of room for growth. Low cost of living. Centrally located.

      Cons

      Short staffed more of the norm than a rare exception. Senior Management seems more concerned about $$$ than patient safety, staff satisfaction over the last 5 years.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
