Pros
The providers and staff are like family.
Cons
Hard working employees pick up the slack for the lazy ones. It’s very disorganized. Chaotic environment. And you’re very under paid with minimal annual raise and I mean minimal. No chance to ever move up or get ahead in this company even when management and the doctors speak up for you. Corporate just doesn’t care about the little man.
