Long hours, no time to take the lunch they automatically take your time for, no support from administration or supervisors, terrible insurance, lack of communication and transparency.

Pros

Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

Cons

It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
