Goood co worker to work with and it’s a great job to have. The benefits and insurance are okay but could be better

Cons

It’s a lot of work for little pay. Great job but you can find other jobs for way better pay than here.

Pros

Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

Cons

It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
