Pros
They will pay for your CDL, which saves you alot of money with their in house training. Unlimited hours (well, up to 70 hours per week).
Cons
Management doesn't care about you at all. You are just a number to them. They don't care about your issues, they dont handle employee conflict well. The manager on duty are overworked and very stressed all the time and often take it out on you. Turnover is horrible. You see new faces all the time and you'll never see them again. You don't have a set schedule unless you're doing trolly or have high senority in the company. When you're new, they will throw you in any work assignment that you're needed in for about $10.00 an hour. If you don't know the route, management gives you a map and says "good luck, radio other drivers who can help you." Often times there's a driver that will help you via the radio.
