Pros
For the most part, the people here are great. The working environment (theme parks, hotels, etc.) is like no other in the world. Hard work is rewarded here -- you do your job well, show up when you're supposed to and you will do very well. If you're one of those people who always manage to blame someone else, you won't last long.
Cons
The pay structure is lower than at similar companies in the area, and the benefits are a little pricier. The schedule can be a killer, especially for people who have young families.
