Pros

Train in getting CDL class B Paid training 12 an hour for training weeks only !

Cons

After training you make between 10.50 to 12.45 an hour They have roaches on there buses Don’t know schedule till the day before. No guarantee for your bid ( meaning you bid on BVL route and you could do something else) They have mandatory six day work weeks on peak season for the parks They do not take care of some of their buses. Meaning you could have no heat or you have to learn tricks to get your a/c running again once shut off.

Pros

•paid CDL training for a Class B license. •opportunity to learn different routes along Universal Studios and Disney properties.

Cons

•Plenty of Buses that are infested with roaches and there’s no exterminator taking care of this issue. •Aging fleet and buses and trolleys seem to be braking down more often. •Roaches on most buses. •no pay raises (21.75 is the max pay regardless of seniority). •hood/ghetto attitude/demeanor of most new drivers.
