Pros

First the CEO is John Castle and no longer Charles Carns. So my CEO rating below is for the current CEO, John Castle. The President of the company has done a good job of keeping the company competitive as well as treating their employees respectable during the furlough processes. The employees were really great and easy to get along with and supporting them was a great part of my day. In dealing with management, it was awesome. They were always cooperative and helpful when I needed to assist them and their attitude was always to support me. Never got a nasty attitude.

Too many managers in some departments.

•paid CDL training for a Class B license. •opportunity to learn different routes along Universal Studios and Disney properties.

Cons

•Plenty of Buses that are infested with roaches and there’s no exterminator taking care of this issue. •Aging fleet and buses and trolleys seem to be braking down more often. •Roaches on most buses. •no pay raises (21.75 is the max pay regardless of seniority). •hood/ghetto attitude/demeanor of most new drivers.
