Pros

The common employees are very good people.

Cons

No ones knows this until you get hired with MEARS TRANSPORTATION GROUP that their common employees top off at a certain pay. There is no room for an advancement unless you kiss behind, Mr. Carnes. I have never seen so much turn over as far as I have witness since I have been employed by MEARS TRANSPORTATION GROUP.

Pros

•paid CDL training for a Class B license. •opportunity to learn different routes along Universal Studios and Disney properties.

Cons

•Plenty of Buses that are infested with roaches and there’s no exterminator taking care of this issue. •Aging fleet and buses and trolleys seem to be braking down more often. •Roaches on most buses. •no pay raises (21.75 is the max pay regardless of seniority). •hood/ghetto attitude/demeanor of most new drivers.
