Pros

Its a job, and the pay isn't minimum wage for bus drivers. The people you work with are some of the most humble people i've had the pleasure of meeting.

Cons

Management, especially the owner Long hours, changing schedules Depending on your charter, tips may be a part of your title, but you wont be allowed to get them.

Pros

•paid CDL training for a Class B license. •opportunity to learn different routes along Universal Studios and Disney properties.

Cons

•Plenty of Buses that are infested with roaches and there’s no exterminator taking care of this issue. •Aging fleet and buses and trolleys seem to be braking down more often. •Roaches on most buses. •no pay raises (21.75 is the max pay regardless of seniority). •hood/ghetto attitude/demeanor of most new drivers.
