Pros

I have a job, no pressure to perform. If you show up on time when scheduled, you’ll keep your job.

Cons

No annual raise. Normally happens in May and management can’t even communicate no inflationary adjustment raise is coming or not. No communication from management on anything. Business is super slow and seems to only be going down. Ask manager what’s happening and they don’t know because they aren’t being told anything from senior management

Pros

•paid CDL training for a Class B license. •opportunity to learn different routes along Universal Studios and Disney properties.

Cons

•Plenty of Buses that are infested with roaches and there’s no exterminator taking care of this issue. •Aging fleet and buses and trolleys seem to be braking down more often. •Roaches on most buses. •no pay raises (21.75 is the max pay regardless of seniority). •hood/ghetto attitude/demeanor of most new drivers.
