Pros
The only pro I have is that the people that work there are nice. Other than that I don't have anything positive to say about the company.
Cons
I worked there for 3 months. The shifts have horrible start times, 2am, 4am, or late afternoon into the early hours. They will work you 12-17 hours per shift and don't give you a break. Or all you do is sit around bored as all can get, and you drive somewhere twice. The pay is horrendous, they tell you that you will average $12-$15 an hour. No you won't. Many of the positions you drive in do not get tipped, are transit style positions, and do not have any commissions. You'll get less money after training than you do in training. You are going to make $9.25 an hour...period. You also don't find out when you are working until the day before between 12 and 1pm, so planning something is impossible. You get sick time however the first day you call out, you can't use sick time for, you simply don't get paid. What's the point. You are expected to safely drive a half a million dollar bus with passengers and provide excellent customer service, while barely being able to make a living. I didn't leave mad, I just finally found a much better job. I HAD to take this job, but would not recommend it. I talked to people before and they said they love working there and driving, I don't see it. I thought the job was horrible. Ohh and from Paul Mears's mouth, he said there IS opportunity for advancement however there are few positions between the line worker and those at the top of the company. So basically there's no opportunity for advancement because they have 90% workers and only 10% management. You're not going to advance...I had a Masters Degree and could out work many of those that were in Management and I never got noticed. I even got asked, "Why are you here", and someone saw me and said, "Wow you're still putting up with this". Do yourself a favor, don't take this job. It was one of the most horrible experiences I've had. I never want to see that place again. They even put on their paperwork they give you that a "Benefit" is a six day work week available. I don't see that as a benefit. They'll even let you work 7 days a week. So you have to kill yourself to make a little extra money.
