Not a great experience - Senior Compliance Analyst Mechanics Bank Employee Review

I was the only guy on my team. 3 of my team members had their own click, 1 co worker constantly ignored my request for help when I was new, had to go to management to file a complaint against her 2x within 3 months. All they did was give her a slap on the wrist. Old school mentality and not open to new ideas if others are stubborn in their ways with how things currently are.
