Simply Horrible - Anonymous employee Mechanics Bank Employee Review

Management was ridiculous. Expected employees to work 24/7 with no direction or guidance. The person I worked for had no business being a manager. He had no people skills and did not have any idea on how to manage a team. When asked questions, he would denigrate and belittle his subordinates. It was a very hostile working environment.
