Cons
Upper Management is in la la land and have no clue how bad the current retail state is right now. John Decero abruptly "retired" and now there is a temporary CEO. Annual bonus's and raises were a slap in the face for 2024. "We're lucky to be getting anything, some banks gave nothing this year." No work life balance as a manager here. Weekly sales calls are a complete waste of time. Everyday is survival mode, the new norm for most branches is 4 employees if you are lucky.
