Pros
I love my new job here in Mechanics Bank. I am so happy to be a part of this company. What I love most about it is that they are only open from Monday through Friday. You can be with your family on weekends. The hours are just great from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm. About Mechanics Bank, I have meet and work from different 6 branches. I have noticed that all the employees are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and some of them been working for almost a decade. So, I am glad that I have the chance to be a part of this wonderful and friendly company. My mentors are so supportive, understanding, patient and most of all they all treat me like a family member.
Cons
The only thing I am having a hard time is that getting to settle in one place and then move to another. For a short period of time that I am working here, I am getting to know the employees and clients of Mechanics bank.
