Pros
Medical benefits were good as well as the cost. Your clinic staff and coworkers in your role are the ones that keep your days going by.
Cons
No room for growth. Terrible leadership, the absolute worst. Current district managers and regional managers need to be let go or changed at the very least. Those in leadership roles are as clueless as the new CEO and higher execs are about how the company should be running. It's an absolute nightmare. Don't be surprised to continue seeing employees resign weekly as the turnover rate is unlike any I've ever seen.
