Good perks, good environment, good work schedule and hours. Good benefits.
Cons
Company doesn't know how to do business. They only think about acquire a new client and make money, and forget about the employees. They don't promote within, or give any opportunity to grow. Managers don't know what to do because they don't receive any information from higher-level. Lack of communication.
