      Pros

      I am working with a great team, and the front desk is well-staffed. Our emergency room is hectic, but we are able to manage the load and take care of our clients. We provide a good service and most clients are happy with the care their pet receives. As an experienced CSR, I can say this factor alone drives my job satisfaction. Happy clients = Happy CSR.

      Cons

      MedVet CSR pay is not great. The starting hourly wage for day shift is $17.50 an hour for an experienced CSR. The recruiter verbally gave me a range of $17-20/hr and seemed to think I would be offered a pay rate in the middle of that range or more. That did not happen and I'm not much of negotiator, so I took the offered $17.50.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
