Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and for your years of dedication to MedVet. We truly appreciate the skill, commitment, and flexibility required of our RVTs, especially in a fast-paced, specialty environment.
Finding and adding new team members has been and will always be one of our highest priorities. We are aware that our teams continue to be challenged by the increased workload. As an organization, we have developed the career framework to grow our teams and provide opportunities that will help offset burnout. We want to ensure our teams can navigate the challenging emergency and specialty veterinary medicine space and encourage employees to make their mental and physical health a priority. Resources available to employees include mental wellbeing apps, our Employee Assistance Program, and the creation of a well-being room. Utilizing PTO is always encouraged to help team members reset and recharge.
