      Pros

      Great people work here. We are a very busy and growing group of hospitals that have the best doctors, techs and support staff. The cases we see can be challenging but we work together to take care of our furry patients. If looking to go into Management, there are many opportunities from STL to clinical manager to positions in support services. Can also travel to help other hospitals. Entire team gets R Factor training and managers and above get annual leadership training. Everyone gets paid CE!

      Cons

      Compassion fatigue is real and can take a toll.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
