      You have to have a passion for animals and a commitment to be a part of a fast paced organization that values each and every patient, client, Referral Partner and employee.

As one of our managers, I would encourage you to make sure your teams feel the same way. Additionally, we want to make sure that all of our employees are able to take their PTO so that they can rest and recharge keep doing their work. I would ask that you partner with your team to make sure that they can take time off in 2018.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
