      Pros

      Great support with training and equipment to provide best care for our patients. This does not feel like working for a corporation. The leadership truly want to lead specialty healthcare in pets and it shows. Recent great improvements in employee benefits. Staff truly care about the patients.

      Cons

      It is hard to step back and see there have been many improvements leading to better quality of life for employees and much increased quality of care for the patients. It can be difficult to support each other and patients when there are open positions for key roles.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
