      Pros

      Decent benefits and good amount of PTO. Many knowledgeable doctors and staff members. Many hard-working and compassionate staff members. Some good clients.

      Cons

      Always short-staffed. Not good work/life balance. Can work many days in a row and/or very long hours. Mostly negative, unhappy atmosphere. Very little support and honesty from management. Even though changes are promised, changes don't occur. Many unpleasant clients and staff due to wait times and cost.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
