Fast Growing Company with lots of opportunity and room for growth. They are the leading Specialty Veterinary Healthcare clinics in the Gulf South. Brilliant Doctors always willing to go above and beyond for clients and employee pets. Great Benefits package options for employees at a time other companies are dropping this option.
Cons
Fast Growing Company that often gets ahead of itself. Pricing seems expensive for clients and thus then employees even with employee benefit. Fair number of employees are forced to use local vets due to cost alone. Work / Life balance is preached but often not allowed due to 24/7 scheduling needs. No Holiday paid time off.
