      Pros

      Day to day growth and education is steps above others, with the specialists and high standards of care, everyday we learn something new and beneficial Great staff to work with! ER is always busy, never a boring day!

      Cons

      I suppose work life balance can play a role, however having been in ER medicine for over ten years, I am used to it! I try to emphasize to my staff that its important and they follow through. We have struggled with staffing issue throughout the year but it has improved!

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
