CSR - Anonymous employee MedVet Employee Review

I really appreciate you taking the time to write and all you do to support our clients and patients. I love hearing that MedVet is your family. And thanks for the positive feedback on benefits – we have made a lot of investments this year, particularly on the 401(k), to deliver more value to our employees. And as you may have noticed, our medical insurance premiums actually went down for many folks. Sounds like we have work to do on management's engagement with you and your coworkers. I'm glad that you have a strong clinical manager. That's important, but connecting with leadership above that level is also important. In a few weeks, employees will be invited to participate in our first quarterly employee survey. We are leveraging an external third-party survey firm, so no one at MedVet will be able to tell who said what or even who completed a survey.
